At Draft & Polish, every nail set is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Because each order is made-to-order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Design preference
  • Custom orders
  • Personalized orders

Fit Guarantee

At Draft & Polish, we want you to love your nails and feel confident wearing them.

If one or two nails do not fit as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the nails and your sizing concerns.

At our discretion, we may remake the affected nail(s) one time at no additional labor cost. Customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

This courtesy is intended to address minor fit issues and is not a substitute for selecting the correct sizes before ordering. Requests involving an entirely incorrect size selection or requests to remake an entire set are not covered under this guarantee.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contains the wrong item, or differs from the order you placed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product

We will review each situation individually and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution if the error occurred on our end.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are considered final sale:

  • All made-to-order press-on nail sets
  • Custom nail sets
  • Personalized orders
  • Sizing kits
  • Nail preparation kits
  • Gift cards (if offered)
  • Sale or clearance items


Exchanges
Because every set is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges.

If we made a mistake with you order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
If Draft & Polish determines that a refund is appropriate due to an error on our end, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for you financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
